Job Description

DIVISA is looking for a seasoned Client Success Manager. This is a full-time position can either be in-house or fully remote. In this challenging and dynamic role, you will be the point of contact for client campaign-related inquiries. You are responsible for overall satisfaction, strategy, and program delivery throughout your assigned accounts’ lifecycle through the agency’s support teams. In order to be considered for this role you must have experience in the digital marketing industry, fashion and luxury is a plus, and a thorough understanding of marketing techniques, approaches and principles.


Responsibilities

  • 50/50 project management and client facing
  • Managing approximately 10-15 client relationships. Which requires excellent written, verbal communication skills and the ability to relay technical concepts to non-technical client
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Own all communications between agency and clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to oversee the end-to-end campaign strategy
  • Manage workflow and process among internal team, 3rd party vendors/partners, and clients
  • Establish and keep track of all specs for all project deliverables
  • Manage QA processes for all project deliverables
  • Work closely with Marketing Team to provide guidance on the completion of tasks. You are an integral part of ensuring that everything is completed accurately and on schedule
  • Develop a world-class client service experience that exceeds the expectations of clients
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to understand KPIs, campaign progress, insights, and strategies
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team and E-commerce Team on RFP responses, proactive proposal development, and presentations
  • Document and update client records based on interactions
  • Manage campaign delivery and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of all of DIVISA’s core services, digital marketing, internal systems/processes to respond to general and specific client requests, including campaign performance and delivery inquiries
  • Develop and provide Strategic Insights, Campaign Wrap-ups, and Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews to clients
  • Maintain and update knowledge proficiencies in the digital marketing space
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
  • Be able to advise your clients on marketing strategies, both in suggesting new strategies and in offering improvements/revisions to client-suggested strategies
  • Lead onboarding calls for new clients, introducing them to the team, guiding them on our process, and helping them feel confident in their decision to work with our company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrations, MIS/CIS, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Client Services for digital marketing agencies REQUIRED.
  • PMP certification or Agile certification (Certified Scrum Master, SAFe) is a plus.
  • Experience with project management software: [please apply online] Asana, Teamwork or Basecamp.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with digital tools and technology platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout, Facebook Business, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, Shopify, Magento, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and consistently exceed service goals
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize assignments
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to drive insights from data
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Capability to self-motivate, be enthusiastic, and take initiative and demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity, resilience, honesty, and respect for others.
